Google-research/frame-interpol is a public API tool for frame interpolation in motion scenes.
The public API tool, Google-research/frame-interpol, enables users to utilize models for frame interpolation in extensive motion scenes. It allows for generating 1 to 8 interpolated frames per video, with a frame rate of 30 frames per second (FPS). Unlike other methods, the tool employs a single-network approach that achieves exceptional results without relying on pre-trained networks like optical flow depth. Training the model solely with a frame triplet, it can typically finish the process in approximately 36 seconds using NVIDIA T4 GPU hardware.
